Located in the heart of downtown Sarasota, the new sales office for Michael Saunders & Company is the largest of their twenty-six branches.  At nearly 16,000 square feet, the goal of the interior design was to align the aesthetic of this 40+ year old company with its new age practice of representing real estate transactions.

Creating an office environment that capitalizes on high ceilings and natural light, the design features glass-fronted offices, collaborative spaces and tech-savvy meeting rooms.  The semi-exposed ceiling system provides occupants with a glimpse of the understructure, partially hidden by a rhythm of sleek blades.  The central ceiling gives a wash of light over the largest area of work stations, which are a clean, bright blend of privacy and functionality.

The contemporary elegance of the design, fixtures, and finishes cater to the sophistication of this leading realtor and accommodate staff and agents from two previous locations. This new office fills the company’s goals and needs, and adds to the revitalization of downtown Sarasota.
